If after 3 versions you don't have a recipe you like, the problem probably isn't the recipe — it's the brief. Go back to product positioning before continuing to iterate.
Itération 1 : exploration (2-3 versions very différentes). Itération 2 : affinage (ajustements fins de la version préférée). Itération 3 : final validation en conditions réelles de production.
Comment déguster efficacement
Dégustez always à l'aveugle quand c'est possible. Impliquez 3 à 5 personnes de your target (pas your amis complaisants). Utilisez une grille simple : apparence, nez, bouche, persistance, note globale on 10.
Take written notes. Verbal impressions are forgotten — written notes allow for objective comparison between les versions.
